America Needs A Mom Not A President

Clinton’s well versed debate against presidential candidate Bernie Sanders had us all listening in a little closer.  But, no matter which debate we are talking about the real question for the 2016 Presidential election is:

Is America Ready For A Female President?

If we were to elect a candidate who had the experience and has been in the trenches long enough to take over the reigns it would definitely be Mrs. Clinton when compared to the list of her running mates, both republican and democrat.

“I think being the first woman president would be quite a change,” she said of her differences with Obama in the Wisconsin debate.

I personally don’t agree with all of Mrs. Clinton’s political endeavors.  In fact, I would lean more towards I disagree a lot.  But this election is much more than that.

Leave it up to comedian Conan O’Brien to consult with Deepak Chopra on current events.

Watch above.

Or Ellen, who interviews Pharrell Williams, whose song Happy spoke to us all for 24 hours.

Watch above.

The thinking leading America for the past couple decades has been in the dual fields of power politics and material economics, with remedies expressed in terms of charts, blueprints, and industrial programs.

Although we recognize the need for a unity of human interests, recommendations are for the perpetuation of highly competitive economic policies, which, if and when consistently applied only lead to war and discord.

Wars, depressions, crime, dictators and their oppressions, are the symptoms giving clear indication of a greater ailment.  Experience should have taught us long ago that policies which have originated from material considerations and attitudes have proved inadequate.  The whole story of civilization and the records of history tell us that all such adjustments hold no hope of lasting peace or security.  But, here we are again preparing ourselves to be satisfied with temporary solutions for permanent problems.  We can do better Hilary!

The American nation desperately needs a vision of its own purpose. What makes America great is the intangible ideal that the foundations are laid in a generous idealism.

Experience should have taught us long ago that policies which have originated from material considerations and attitudes have proved inadequate.  The whole story of civilization and the records of history tell us that all such adjustments hold no hope of lasting peace and security.

Mrs. Clinton, it is time we recognize that the best education a man can receive is on the lap of his mother.  The divine image of mother and child has a wisdom for us all.  The greatest known problem is the human problem and it’s time for us to get to work!

It would be impossible for you to say you can fix all of our problems.  It would be naive for us to expect you to fix everything.

But, you do have an opportunity to change The Conversation.  Or at least continue one as Amanda DeCadenet so generously started.

Watch above.

America doesn’t need another president.  What America needs is a Mom.

You said it yourself, “I do absorb new information,” justifying your sometimes shifting positions.

It’s time for a shift.  In a big way.

The question becomes are you ready to make that change?
